Happy returns as parks celebrate £20m makeovers

March is turning into a month of many happy returns for owners at Park Holidays UK – thanks to a wealth of new features unveiled for the start of the holiday year.

The group says that this winter saw the completion of a £20 million investment programme across its 28 Southern England parks, and that returning owners will now reap the benefit.

Features range from new swimming pools and other leisure facilities to new clubs and complexes, bars and restaurants, as well as landscaping and environmental projects.

The result, says Park Holidays UK, is a group of parks which has demonstrated beyond doubt its commitment to providing excellence at every level.

Now even more families are set to enjoy the privileged lifestyles on offer at the group's seaside park locations from Devon in the west to Suffolk in the east.

That's because the new season has also seen the unveiling of additional holiday home developments at many parks, all aimed at buyers seeking the very best.

There's a range of different caravan holiday home and lodge models from which to choose, many with exterior decking for al-fresco dining and other extra feature.

Owners will also have use of their own private parking facilities adjacent to the homes which are sited on generously sized plots with often picturesque views.

To showcase these new developments, Park Holidays UK has now issued an open invitation for families to come and see the exclusive lifestyles on offer.

The group promises no catches and no sales pressure - just a chance for everyone to inspect their chosen park and its current range of caravan holiday homes and lodges.

They will be given full access to a trained adviser who will be able to answer any questions about what ownership involves – and to explain in full the costs involved.

"We want people to get a real taste of the type of holiday life they could be part of by owning a holiday home on one of our parks," said Park Holidays UK director Tony Clish.
